- I'm trying to get Slirp and AmiTCP to work together. I've compiled and
- configured Slirp on my internet provider. AmiTCP is installed (?) on my
- Amiga, but I'm not sure about my settings. I got PPP 1.45 off of Aminet
- and installed it according to the docs. I also got SlipCall and
- configured it (whew!).
-
- SlipCall logs me in, and reports my IP address, etc. in its status window.
-
- I can't get anything else to work though! Telnet to anything waits about
- 2 minutes, then reports "connection refused." I can ping myself but
- nothing else. All the tools seem to translate mnemonic names into IP
- addresses (so I assume the DNS portion of my setup is working).
-
- Can anyone describe their configuration for using Slirp, AmiTCP, and any
- serial protocol (SLIP/CSLIP/PPP)?
